WQ-TC515 water-based thermosetting acrylic resin generally needs to

become water-solubles. WQ-TC515 water-based thermosetting acrylic
has good chemical resistance, alcohol resistance, high gloss and
hardness of the paint film, strong adhesion and high surface
richness, excellent salt spray resistance, weather resistanceresin.
WQ-TC515 thermosetting acrylic resin used in glass baking paint,
ceramic backing paint and hardware backing paint. WQ-TC515
water-based thermosetting acrylic resin can also be used for
solvent-based system coatings.

Notes:
Please neutralize the water-based acrylic resin WQ-TC515 with an
amine neutralizer to a pH of about 7-8, then mix the water-based
wetting and dispersing agent, pigment, part of the co-solvent and
part of the deionized water evenly, and grind until the fineness is
qualified. After that, add the remaining co-solvents, additives,
amino resin, deionized water, etc., stir evenly, adjust the
viscosity, and filter and pack after passing the inspection.
