FR002 APP ammonium polyphosphate is Nitrogen-phosphorus inorganic
flame retardants, it is a kind of crystal type Ⅱ ammonium
polyphosphate, FR002 APP ammonium polyphosphate has high
polymerization degree, but without encapsulated and activated. It
has high content of phosphorus and nitrogen, excellent thermal
stability, near-neutral and non-toxic smoke property. With gas
source and carbon source, it takes effect by char formation and
intumescent mechanism. FR002 ammonium polyphosphate

Application:
Meetting the requirements of different applications. And it is
highly recommended to intumescent coating.
FR002 has very low water solubility and is particularly suitable as
an acid source for intumescent fireproof coatings. Other important
components of intumescent fireproof coatings include binders (such
as acrylic), carbon sources (such as pentaerythritol), gas sources
(such as melamine), and so on. After being exposed to flame, the
intumescent fire retardant coating will form a dense carbon layer
on the surface, effectively blocking the temperature rise of the
substrate. FR002 applied to intumescent fireproof coatings has the
