    WQ-2011 Water Based Acrylic Emulsion


    Introduction

    WQ-2011 is a non-film forming, hard styrene and acrylic copolymer emulsion specifically formulated for water based overprint varnishes and printing inks. The varnish formulated with WQ-2011 has fast drying, excellent re-solubility and high gloss, excellent water resistance and anti-sticking properties. Also it has good pigment wetting in flexography and gravure inks.


    WQ-2011 has good compatibility with the popular acrylic polymers on the market. Since WQ-2011 cannot form film by itself, it must be used with right film-forming acrylic emulsions, such as our film-forming varnish emulsions WQ-234, WQ-227 etc.

    Remark:

    Add the above materials and stir at the same time, at a constant speed, stirring time: about 30 minutes/300 rpm.
    2. *: DOWSIL™ 51 Additive diluted with Ethanol =1:1
    3. 4# cup: 25 seconds ± 2
    PH value: 8.20 ± 0.5%
    4. Final inks: varnish 70%+pigment paste 30% =100 (Ajusting it accoring to needs)

    Storage

    The product should be stored in a closed container and avoid freezing and high temperature, Suggested normal storage temperature is 10 to 35℃.
