3, Product Features:
a) High hardness (over 4H)
b) Good weathering resistance
c) High fullness, good flexibility, good gloss
d) Excellent shear stability, can be grinded with dispersions
directly.
The product can be stably stored in PH value 8.5-9.5,It will be
setting stratification under the acidic condition.It is
particularly evident when adding acidic pigments.The PH value can
be adjusted by organic amines,and the viscosity of emulsion will
increase of PH value.
4, Instructions
WL-185 can be diluted with water after neutralization by
N,N-dimethyl ethanolamine the amount of which is about 4-5% of
WL-183. It has to combine waterborne amino resin to make baking
coating. The suggested amount is about 15-50% of WL-183 by weight.
The baking conditions and film properties are related with the
amino resins used. Right amount of waterborne acidic catalysts can
be added when using methyl etherified amino resin (recommended
adding amount is 0.5-1% of WL-183), which can accelerate
solidifying.
PH value of the coating system can always be adjusted with organic
amine or ammonia. Viscosity of the dispersion will increase as the
PH value increases. The resin can help to wet pigments, so wetting
agent may reduce.
5, Storage:
It is suggested that the product should be stored in a cool and dry
weak alkaline place. The quality guarantee period is 6 months, and
the expired products can still be used after passing the
inspections.
6, Applications:
Amino-baking top coatings. It is recommended for hardware
accessories, car wheel drum, high-grade wood paint and other
industrial fields.
