Thermoplastic Acrylic Resin For Aluminum Pigmented Paints SE2592
Thermoplastic acrylic resin is synthetized by different acrylic
monomers, its main advantages are the stability of light and its
resistance to hydrolysis. In general, during synthesis,
thermoplastic resins use a high content of methyl methacrylate in
their polymerization backbone chain to provide excellent hardness
and external durability, while improving the wettability of
pigments and/or providing cross-linking or self-crosslinking
capabilities, other acrylic monomers can also be used to give the
acrylic resin the ability to sulfonate or phosphoric acid
functionalities.
The biggest feature of the thermoplastic acrylic resin produced by
our company is on the basis of not adding adhesion promoter, the
aluminum pigmented paint or metallic paint has excellent adhesion
to the substrates.
High performance paint produced by this series of products, due to
good aluminum orientation and pigment wettability, good hardness
and adhesion, good oil resistance and plasticity resistance,
alcohol resistance, is widely used in 3C products (computer,
communication, consumption), household appliances, metal equipment,
wood furniture, floor, automobile, construction machinery and other
fields.
This thermoplastic acrylic resin is especially recommended to be
used in aluminum pigmented paint, metallic paint.

8. Safe storage and shelf life
1. Stored in cool and ventilation place, keep far away from heat
and fire resources, keep the container closed.
2. From production date, shelf life is 12months.
