WL-0729 Water Based Alkyd Resin
Introduction
WL-0729 water-soluble alkyd resin is used for water-based
self-drying paint or low-temperature baking paint or amino baking
paint.

Performance
- Fast drying, fast hardness increase
- Fast cross-linking of amino groups
- Excellent gloss and fullness
- Good water resistance, salt spray resistance
- It is stable under weak alkaline conditions, and will settle and
delaminate under acidic conditions, so pay attention to adjusting
the PH value when adding acidic pigments.
Application
Mainly used for corrosion prevention and decoration of metal
surface, instead of solvent-based alkyd system, including auto
parts, steel structure, crane, frame axle, gearbox, brake pads,
transmission shaft, vehicle chassis parts, motor, cylinder, water
pump, construction machinery, hardware tools, containers, railway
locomotive, agricultural machinery, elevator accessories, oil
pipelines, transformers, radiators, Valves and other metal products
of the primer, top paint and the bottom of the unified paint.
Storage
Store in a cool and ventilated place, keep the container tight,
storage temperature 0-40℃, shelf life is 12 months.
Packing
200kgs/barrel, 1000kgs IBC.
