Product Introduction
WL-0310-11 is a modified alkyd emulsion that is diluted with water
after neutralization with ammonia, and a small amount of co-solvent
is added. This product mixes acrylic dispersion with alkyd
emulsion, which reduces the content of organic volatiles on the
coating surface. Moreover, it has fast drying speed, high gloss,
excellent salt spray resistance, can be grinded with pigment and
has both the yellowing resistance of acrylic and the good film
properties of alkyd resin.
Generally, coatings made of WL-0310 can be applied by spraying,
roller coating, brushing or dipping, because WL-0310 has good
fluidity and leveling properties. It is recommended to use WL-0310
for indoor and High-performance protective coatings and steel
structure coatings for outdoor metal equipment can be used as
primers and topcoats.

Application
It can be applied to make enamel, anti-rust primer.
It can be applied to make water-based alkyd mixed paint
Instructions:
- WL-0130 water-based alkyd emulsion contains 5%-1%. Water-based
desiccant.
- This product has excellent shear stability and can be directly used
for grinding pigment pastes, and compatibility testing is required
- Excellent anti-rust performance in the configured primer
- The finished paint configured with this product needs to be stored
under alkaline conditions (pH 7.5-8.5).
- Dilute with deionized water before use. After passing the test, tap
water can also be used.
Storage Condition
The product should be stored in a cool place below 38℃,and
protected from freezing in winter.Its shelf life is 6 months,and
the expired products still can be used if passing the inspection
