WL-0310-12 One component low voc environmental alkyd resin for industrial anti-rust coating

Product Introduction

Water based acrylic alkyd WL310-12 is a water-thinnable modified alkyd emulsion neutralised by ammonia and containing a small amount of cosolvent . acrylic dispersions were mixed with alkyd emulsions to obtain coatings that lower the amount of volatile organic compounds (VOC) in surface coatings. The advantage of this approach is that the fast drying of the acrylic is combined with the good film properties of the alkyd.

Physical Property

Performance:

• It has very fast surface drying speed, high gloss and initial water resistance;
• It has excellent adhesion to steel, metal and wood, and has good anticorrosion performance
• Excellent initial water resistance and salt spray resistance
• VOC is less than 7%, it is an environmental protection product, non-toxic and harmless

Instructions:

• If you want to adjust its pH value, you can add an appropriate amount of organic amine, the viscosity of the emulsion will increase when the pH value rises.
• This product can be brushed or sprayed
• This product can be used for pigment and filler grinding. Due to different acidic or alkaline pigment fillers, compatibility test may be required
• It has excellent corrosion resistance and drying time, and can be used in the production of primer with excellent corrosion resistance and rust resistance
• This product should be diluted with deionized water before use. PH value should be measured when diluting. Acidic or water with impurity ions will destroy the stability of the system
• With high gloss and corrosion resistance, it can be used to prepare enamel, ready mixed paint and antirust primer

Storage Condition

The product should be stored in a cool place below 38℃,and protected from freezing in winter.Its shelf life is 6 months,and the expired products still can be used if passing the inspection
